For more than half a century, CENTURY 21 Bette Real Estate has been a pillar of the western Connecticut real estate market. Founded in 1973 by Joseph Bette and still owned by the Bette family, the brokerage has grown into a third‑generation firm led by Justin Bette, who joined the family business in 2001. Under Justin’s leadership, the company continues its tradition of providing honest, well‑informed real‑estate advice while embracing modern technologies and strategies through its affiliation with the CENTURY 21® network.

Century 21 affiliation

In January 2026, the brokerage joined the CENTURY 21 network and adopted the name CENTURY 21 Bette Real Estate. This affiliation provides our agents and clients with world‑class technology, marketing resources, lead generation and training programs. While our team remains rooted in the Southbury community, being part of the global CENTURY 21 brand allows us to reach a wider audience and offer cutting‑edge tools to enhance every real‑estate transaction.

Justin Bette, a third‑generation real‑estate professional, brings decades of local market knowledge shaped by brokerage and home‑building experience. He has earned numerous industry recognitions, including 13 Connecticut Five Star Awards, and has served as president of the Greater Bridgeport Board of REALTORS®.
